Ashley was born in America in a decade when computers and mobile devices weren’t household commodities. She grew up reading, writing, and flipping through the card catalog at the local library. She still reads on occasion, but now she can find books at the click of her mouse.
When she’s not on the look out for her next big idea, she is busy taking walks, visiting cemeteries, and listening to country and Celtic country. Unpopular though it’s made her, she continues to follow her dreams to the disappointment of others.
Ordinary Travels is a menagerie of writing genres. If you don’t like what she’s written, wait a day and you’ll find something different to read about. She hopes you’re not offended and will stay a little while. Maybe you’ll even find that these ordinary travels are in fact extraordinary.
